I shall like to know if one may sign up for both being an evaluator as wells as promoting and participating in promoting a node
global regional Nodes spesifically with a targeted focus : SDG14 : A For bridging the gap connecting the dots between: marine maritime and safety sustainability (food) security focusing on marine resources
and establish best practices in terms of implementation (ie regional seas /costal areas) e.g. with direct bearing on policy wanting in implementation

According to the eligibility criteria, as an evaluator you could apply to all RDA Europe individual grants, e.g. Experts, Early Career Researchers, and Ambassadors, that will be published soon.
Your institution (or group of institutions if this is the case) is welcome to apply as a node: however, if you are involved in the preparation and submission of the node's proposal and are selected as an evaluator in addition to this, you should declare your conflict of interest as you might not be impartial in assessing the proposal itself.
